kkffb Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kkffb ("kkffb", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kkffb website, platform, and all services offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and crash games. All transactions on the kkffb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any conversion fees arising from transactions in other currencies are borne solely by the player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkffb platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit platform mechanics, or defraud kkffb or other players.
• Money laundering — using the kkffb platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activities. kkffb actively monitors for and reports suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's game engines, payment processing, or bonus systems to obtain funds or advantages that were not intended.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage, including during registration, KYC verification, or when contacting kkffb support.

kkffb reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to account closure, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities. kkffb's decisions in this regard are final.

kkffb's total liability to you for any direct damages shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you on the kkffb platform in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

kkffb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kkffb will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the kkffb platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
